FIRST DAY: We meet at 4 p.m at La Punta del Ahuano, at the bus terminal. We start our adventure trip by traveling 15 Minutes on a motor canoe along the Napo River , best know river of the Ecuadorian Amazon. We then arrive at the Suichi Pakari Lodge Port and take a walk for 30 Minutes till our Jungle Lodge. We receive our welcome drink and relax in the living room. Then we get to our comfortable rooms with private bathroom and hot water. The dinner will be waiting for us at 7.30 pm. Relax hearing the peaceful sound of the Amazon.

SECOND DAY: After having our breakfast in the lodge we get ready for a full day discovering the flora and fauna of the Amazon. The walk will take us to the primary jungle. On the way, we will watch for birds, medicinal plants and try to jump on the liana. We will enjoy our delicious Box Lunch at the side of the water. For a refreshing bath, we will have the opportunity to swim in the Rio Blanco Waterfall. We finish our round trip around 4 o’clock and arrive at our cabins. We have dinner at 7.30 pm .

THIRD DAY: After breakfast we will take a 30 Minute motor canoe ride to the Napo River and pass on the Arajuno River . We arrive at the Tramp Museum and visit it for an hour. We then put our Tubes in the water and relax on the Arajuno River for about 30 Minutes until we get to the animal rescue center called Amazoonico where you will be able to see different kind of monkeys, snakes, capybaras, night monkey, Tucans, parrots, ocelot and many more…after 1 hour and a half of guided tour presented by a volunteer, we take our boat for 10 minutes to a beach on the Arajuno River and have lunch. Afterwards, we go back to the Napo River and arrive after 15 Min. at a Quichua Community House. Inside the house, we are explained how to make the typical Quichua Drink called Chicha. This white beverage is made out of manioc plants. The use of the Blowpipe will also be demonstrated. We have a small walk to the Ahuano village and enter the Ceramica House. A presentation of the elaboration of the ceramics will be done for us by a Quichua woman as well as the use of a natural color painting. We walk a few steps away and learn more about the Balsa handicrafts. Visit the Balsa handicraft small market if you want to bring some souvenirs. Then we will visit the Butterfly Reserve where 23 species are flying around. Dinner in our logdes.

FOURTH DAY (OPTIONAL): After breakfast we will go by canoa for about 2 hours and walk 1 hour in order to watch for caimans on the quiet and peaceful Huambuno River . This place is also well know to see this special kind of bird called Hoatzines. On the way back we can see the way how the indigenous people look and wash gold on the shore of the Napo River . We have a box lunch before our trip ends at La Punta Del Ahuano at the bus terminal at 1 pm.
