Estrella del Mar Yacht was designed for exploring the Galapagos Islands and is perfectly equipped with all the facilities needed for the comfort and safety of its guests.

Her ample sun decks provide wonderful open and shaded space to take in the Galapagos breeze and sun.

Day 1

Isla Lobos: Upon your arrival you will be transferred to the Yacht. After lunch, we visit Isla Lobos, a very small islet made of volcanic rocks that gets its name from the colony of Sea Lions (Lobo de Mar in Spanish) that lives there. We can observe the behavior and interaction of Sea Lions living in a small community. End of the day and dinner onboard.

Day 2

Pitt Point and Witch Hill (San Cristobal): Early in the morning, the yacht will take you to Pitt Point, located on the east side of San Cristobal Island. Made up of volcanic tuff substrate, it’s the only site in the Galápagos where it’s possible to see three species of boobies and two species of frigatebirds. In the afternoon, head to Witch Hill (Cerro Brujo), a beautiful white sand beach where you can take a refreshing dip in the turquoise water, and head out on a short walk to a freshwater lagoon – a great place to see flamingos. Then, you will head to snorkel at Kicker Rock (Leon Dormido), an amazing experience to see marine life. End of the day and dinner onboard.

Day 3

Gardner Bay and Suarez Point (Española Island): Early in the morning the yacht will take you to the beautiful white sand beach at Gardner Bay tmagnificent white sandy beach, home to sea lions and sea birds. Be sure to explore the beautiful turquoise water and its incredible sea life. You an also snorkel at this spot. During the afternoon, you will visit Suarez Point, one of most rich wildlife landing sites in the Galápagos. Be greeted by surfing young sea lions on arrival. Head to the trail to find many species of nesting sea birds, and, if lucky, see the waved albatross. After this activity, dinner will be served onboard.

Day 4

Cormorant Point, Devil ́s Crown & Post Office Bay (Floreana): Early in the morning we land at Cormorant Point, where you will be welcomed by a small Galapagos sea lion colony, and can visit two beaches: one with green sand containing olivine crystal, and the other a white coral beach. After this activity, head to Devil ́s Crown, a sub-marine crater that offers some of the most spectacular snorkeling in the Galapagos. After lunch, we go to Post Office bay, established in the 18th century by British whalers to send letters to and from England, and even today, visitors have the opportunity to send letters of their own.

Day 5

North Seymour & Bartolome: Early in the morning we visit North Seymour to see the various species of birdlife that inhabit the island, such as blue footed boobies and frigate birds.After lunch, we visit Bartolome Island, famous for the panoramic view of Pinnacle rock where you can take amazing pictures once you trek to the summit of the island. After this visit, head back to the yacht for dinner and rest.

Day 6

Darwin Bay & Prince Philip Steps (Genovesa): Early in the morning you will visit Darwin Bay, at this place you will walk along the white coral sands of Darwin Bay surrounded by bustling sea birds. Follow the trail and see nesting frigatebirds, gulls, and boobies. After lunch, the yacht will head to Prince Philip ́s Steps (El Barranco), where a steep climb takes you to a Palo Santo Forest and species like Nazca boobies. You will also have a panoramic view of all the Island from here.

Day 7

South Plazas Island and Santa Fe Island: We disembark at South Plazas Island where you can find various species of land iguanas, and swallow-tailed gulls. You can also spot red-billed tropicbirds and indigenous swallow-tailed gulls resting on the cliffs, and sea lions playing in the waters. After lunch head to Santa Fe, where you can hike towards the cliffs along the island’s northern shore to view the forest of giant prickly pear cactus (Opuntia), which is home to endemic land iguanas.It is also one of the best locations to see sea turtles, swim with sea lions, and get a glimpse of a whitetip reef shark.

Day 8

Santa Cruz Highlands: After breakfast, the yacht will land at Santa Cruz Island, where we take a bus ride to the Highlands, to visit El Chato Reserve, a perfect place to see giant tortoises in their natural environment. Explore the reserve’s lagoon and lava tunnels, keeping an eye out for owls that often roost in the tunnels’ entrances. After this activity you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight back to the continent.
